Cary Theater To Launch New Film Festival in 2018

The Cary Theater in June this year will launch a new film festival aimed at highlighting the area’s filmmaking talent. The festival, called “BEYOND: The Film Festival” will be held June 14-17 will focus on the theme “Hometown Stories.” Festival organizers say the event will feature a short film competition and screenplay writing competition (length – 30 minutes or less).
